Where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs

Order processing (handling time)

Every design is made to order and processed within 2–3 business days. Occasion designs are printed to order and need 2–3 business days before dispatch; personalised designs (name, year, custom text) are printed only after we have checked your text, so allow the full 3 business days.

Orders are received and picked during our working hours — Monday–Friday, 07:00 – 17:00 (GMT+7). An order placed after 05:15 PM, or on a weekend or public holiday, starts its handling time on the next business day.

Personalised orders

Please double-check the personalization text on the product page before ordering — we print exactly what you typed, including spelling and capitalisation. If we spot an obvious problem (for example an empty name field) we will contact you before printing, which can add a day.

Flat shipping fee per order

Shipping is charged once per order: $7.00 per order to United States, $3.00 per order to Vietnam. Whether you order 1 item or 10 items, the shipping fee for your destination never changes.

Shipping cost at checkout

The shipping fee is displayed separately from the product price at checkout, and the full order total is always shown before you confirm payment. All amounts are in USD.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address on your order. Please allow about 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. You can also follow your parcel at any time on our Order Tracking page.

• Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or holidays.
• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).

T-shirts and everyday apparel. Every item is made to order and checked by hand before it ships. Our range is limited to what is listed in our catalogue.

What sizes do you offer?

Standard sizing. The sizes and colours available for each item, and the price of each option, are listed on every product page before you add to cart.

Are your items made to order?

Made to order. Every item is made for your order and processed within 2–3 business day(s).

Will the colours look exactly like the photos?

We work to display colours as accurately as possible, but slight variation may occur due to screen settings and normal differences between production batches.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship to, and where do you ship from?

We ship to United States and Vietnam. Your order ships from the warehouse serving your country.

How much does shipping cost?

One flat fee per order: $7.00 per order to United States, $3.00 per order to Vietnam. Whether you buy 1 item or 10, shipping never changes.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business day(s). After processing, delivery takes 5–10 business days in United States and 3–5 business days in Vietnam. Estimates may shift slightly during holidays or carrier delays.

Can I track my order?

What if my address is wrong or the parcel comes back?

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 45 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, and an unboxing video is required to support a damage or wrong-item claim. Full conditions are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Does returning an item cost anything?

No — returning an approved item is completely free. Once your claim is approved, we email you a prepaid return label; just print it at home and attach it to your parcel.

How long does it take to confirm my return request?

Every return request is checked and confirmed within 02 business days of us receiving your request and supporting evidence.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what should I do?

Take clear photos (and keep your unboxing video), send them to us (call +84 961 068 507 and we will confirm where) with your order number, and we will arrange recovery of the item and refund you at no cost.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. To keep payments and claims completely transparent, we do not carry out exchanges. Where an item is wrong, faulty, damaged, or returned, we refund that order directly — you are then free to place a new order for the item you want.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is verified and approved, your refund is issued within 7–14 days to the original payment method used for the order.

Cancellations & order changes

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — within 12 hours of placing your order you can cancel it in full with no fee of any kind. Email us with your order number and we refund the full amount within 7–14 days. Changes to size, colour, or address follow the same 12-hour rule.

What happens after 12 hours?

After 12 hours we can no longer cancel the order. You may still refuse delivery, or follow our Refund & Return Policy once the package arrives.

Payments & pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled securely by PayPal — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal balance, Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported).

When am I charged, and what appears on my statement?

You are charged in full at the time you place the order, and the charge appears as Matching Crew.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers through PayPal, your connection is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS) end-to-end, and we never store your full card details.

Does the price include shipping, taxes, or duties?

All taxes are already worked into every order by us — the listed price is the price you pay for the product. The flat shipping fee for your destination is added into the same total, shown in full before you confirm. Import duties charged by the destination country remain the customer’s responsibility. What happens if my payment fails?

The order is not placed and no charge is finalised. You can try a different payment method or contact your bank — pending authorisations are typically released within 3–7 business days.

Can I add a name or year?

Yes — every design marked Custom or Personalized has a text box on the product page. Type exactly what you want printed; we match it to the listing style and print only after checking the text (allow 2–3 business days before dispatch).

Can I return a personalised item?

Only if there is a fault on our side (misprint, damage, text different from what you typed). Personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind or for text you entered incorrectly. Non-personalised designs keep the full 45-day free return window.
